Taman Wisata Merci is currently seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Finance, Accounting & Tax to lead our financial operations in Medan. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of financial management, ensuring fiscal health, and driving sustainable growth for our tourism and hospitality business.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in corporate financial planning, meticulous accounting standards, and comprehensive tax compliance strategies. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our business performance, reporting directly to top management, and implementing robust internal controls. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute financial strategies, budgeting, and long-term business forecasting to support company growth.
- Oversee all daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian taxation laws and regulations, including PPh, PPN, and annual corporate tax filings.
- Manage cash flow, treasury functions, and optimize capital allocation for various business units within Taman Wisata Merci.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for board-level review.
- Implement and maintain strong internal financial controls to safeguard company assets and reduce operational risks.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure accurate financial reporting and transparency.
- Lead and mentor the finance, accounting, and tax team to foster a culture of accuracy, integrity, and performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certification like CPA/CA is highly preferred).
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, PSAK, and financial reporting standards.
- Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and strategic budgeting.
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local accounting software) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
