WINGS Group, a leading multinational consumer goods company, is seeking a high-caliber Head of Finance, Admin, Accounting, & Tax to lead operations across our distribution centers in Bengkulu, Muara Bungo, and West Java. This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring the financial integrity, operational efficiency, and fiscal compliance of our regional distribution networks.
As the Head of Finance, you will act as a strategic business partner, providing deep financial insights to regional leadership while maintaining rigorous oversight of accounting cycles and tax reporting. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to continuous process improvement.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the entire end-to-end accounting and financial administration cycle for assigned distribution centers.
- Ensure 100% compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations and timely submission of all tax filings.
- Monitor and manage the budget, cash flow, and financial reporting processes to ensure operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular internal audits to maintain high standards of financial integrity and inventory control.
- Implement and monitor effective administrative policies to optimize warehouse and distribution center operations.
- Provide insightful financial analysis and actionable reports to management to support strategic decision-making.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of finance and administrative staff.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certification like CPA/CA is a plus).
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in finance/accounting, preferably within the FMCG or distribution sector.
- Strong technical expertise in Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.) and accounting standards.
- Proven ability to manage financial operations across multiple locations or regional offices.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Willingness to travel between Bengkulu, Muara Bungo, and West Java as required.
