We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to serve as a key business partner to our CFO and executive leadership team.
In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for steering our financial strategy, streamlining budgeting processes, and providing the deep analytical insights necessary to fuel our growth. You will transform complex financial data into actionable intelligence, enabling management to make informed decisions that drive profitability and operational efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the annual budgeting, rolling forecast, and long-range strategic planning processes for the entire organization.
- Partner with the CFO to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure company health and growth.
- Develop complex financial models to evaluate business initiatives, market expansion, and capital allocation strategies.
- Perform in-depth variance analysis, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions to optimize financial performance.
- Oversee monthly reporting packages, providing clear and concise commentary on financial results to executive stakeholders.
- Drive the automation and improvement of financial systems and reporting workflows to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and HR departments to ensure alignment between financial targets and operational activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (CPA, CFA) preferred.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, or corporate finance, preferably in a high-growth startup or retail/healthcare environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP/BI tools (e.g., NetSuite, Tableau) is highly valued.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and team management experience, with a focus on coaching and development.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential to operate effectively in our local and regional context.
