Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans for all F&B outlets to meet financial and guest satisfaction targets.
- Manage operational budgets, including P&L oversight, labor costs, and inventory control.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a large team of managers, chefs, and front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional luxury service standards.
- Drive creative menu development and innovative dining concepts to keep the property competitive within the Kuala Lumpur market.
- Oversee all hygiene, safety, and licensing compliance across all food production and service areas.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to design and promote high-profile events and seasonal promotions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to continuously refine the property's value proposition.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive leadership experience in high-end, luxury hotel or fine dining environments.
- Proven track record of managing multi-outlet F&B operations with strong P&L accountability.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in F&B management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Deep understanding of food safety standards (HACCP) and luxury service protocols.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a strong asset.
- Professional qualification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
