- Develop and implement comprehensive F&B strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead, mentor and develop high-performing F&B teams through training and performance management
- Oversee menu engineering, recipe development, and culinary innovation across all service points
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards and operational protocols
- Optimize inventory management, cost control and budget adherence while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless event catering and guest experiences
- Analyze operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous enhancement
- Build strong vendor relationships and negotiate favorable supply chain agreements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 7+ years progressive F&B management experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in high-volume catering or premium hospitality operations
- Strong financial acumen with expertise in P&L management and cost optimization
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience in team development and talent retention
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP) and industry best practices
- Strategic thinker with demonstrated success in menu development and concept innovation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
