Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and oversee comprehensive homeroom support programs focused on emotional intelligence and student wellbeing.
- Provide psychological counseling and intervention for students facing academic or social-emotional challenges.
- Mentor and coach homeroom teachers on best practices for classroom management and student engagement.
- Conduct regular assessments and workshops to promote a positive school climate and mental health awareness.
- Collaborate with the school administration to refine policies regarding student behavior and restorative justice.
- Act as the primary liaison between parents, teachers, and external specialists to create integrated student development plans.
- Monitor student progress and report on key metrics related to behavioral health and academic readiness.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s Degree in Psychology (Majoring in Educational or Clinical Psychology).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a school setting or child-focused psychological counseling.
- Possess a valid SIPP (Surat Izin Praktik Psikolog) preferred.
- Deep understanding of adolescent development and positive psychology practices.
- Proven ability to lead teacher training and mentor staff in pastoral care roles.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- A commitment to integrating Islamic values into educational and counseling approaches.
- Empathetic, organized, and a strong advocate for student-centered learning.
