Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic HR plans aligned with organizational goals
- Oversee general administration operations including facilities, procurement, and office management
- Lead talent acquisition, development, and retention programs
- Implement disciplinary culture and performance monitoring systems
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies
- Manage employee relations and conflict resolution
- Optimize HR processes through technology and automation
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong integrity, decisiveness, and disciplinary leadership skills
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and HR best practices
- Proven experience in general administration management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in HRIS and office automation tools
