Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with PT Sinarindo Wiranusa Elektrik's business goals.
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition processes to attract and retain top-tier industry talent.
- Design and implement effective Performance Management Systems and career development roadmaps.
- Drive organizational culture initiatives, including employee engagement, internal communication, and wellness programs.
- Oversee compensation and benefits structure to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company internal policies.
- Provide expert guidance to management on complex employee relations and conflict resolution matters.
- Analyze HR metrics and key performance indicators to drive data-informed decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HR, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership position.
- Proven expertise in strategic HR planning, organizational development, and change management.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and industrial relations.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Professional certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR, or local equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
