In this role, you will oversee the entire Human Resources lifecycle, from recruitment and employee relations to performance management and training. Additionally, you will manage the General Affairs department, ensuring that our facilities and logistics support our daily operations efficiently. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding to ensure the acquisition of top-tier talent.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement activities to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian Labor Laws (UU Cipta Kerja) and manage government reporting requirements (BPJS, KISDIN, etc.).
- Develop and implement HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and performance management systems (KPIs).
- Manage the General Affairs function, including office maintenance, facility management, and vendor relations.
- Plan and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
- Coordinate payroll administration and employee benefits to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR Management, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations, labor law, and employment contracts.
- Experience in General Affairs and administrative management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced industrial environment.
