Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and direct the strategic operations of the Inbound Warehouse functional area to exceed KPIs in accuracy, throughput, and safety.
- Manage the end-to-end receipt process, ensuring seamless coordination between procurement, suppliers, and internal logistics teams.
- Develop and implement robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance inventory handling and storage optimization.
- Analyze performance metrics and operational data to identify bottlenecks and execute data-driven process improvements.
- Oversee departmental budget, resource allocation, and workforce planning to maintain high service levels.
- Mentor and develop a diverse team of warehouse staff, promoting a culture of professional growth and performance excellence.
- Ensure strict compliance with aviation industry safety standards, quality regulations, and environmental guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., APICS, CLTD) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in warehouse management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing complex inbound operations.
- Proven track record in driving lean manufacturing/warehousing initiatives and improving operational efficiency.
- Expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and advanced ERP platforms (SAP preferred).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate technical data into actionable business strategies.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing large-scale teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
