Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the hospital's IT infrastructure, including network, servers, storage, data centers, and cloud environments.
- Lead and mentor a team of infrastructure engineers and specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Ensure the security, availability, scalability, and performance of all critical IT systems, adhering to healthcare industry standards and regulations (e.g., data privacy).
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of infrastructure projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology deployments.
- Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements (SLAs) for infrastructure-related services and hardware.
- Develop and manage the IT infrastructure budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource utilization.
- Implement and manage disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure minimal disruption to hospital operations.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to enhance operational efficiency and support clinical advancements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in managing complex IT environments, including network architecture, server virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and data center operations.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, data protection, and compliance in a regulated industry, preferably healthcare.
- Experience with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and project management methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, vendors, and cross-functional teams effectively.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, ITIL) are highly desirable.
