- Lead and develop the IT strategy across Business Applications and Infrastructure pillars
- Oversee IT infrastructure, network operations, and cybersecurity frameworks
- Drive digital transformation initiatives and technology innovation
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate strategic partnerships
- Lead cross-functional IT teams and foster a culture of excellence
- Align IT initiatives with business objectives and growth targets
- Ensure system scalability, reliability, and compliance with regulations
- Manage IT budget, resource allocation, and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 10+ years IT experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in both business applications and infrastructure management
- Strong background in IT strategy, digital transformation, and vendor management
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in multinational environments
- Deep knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to stakeholders
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CISSP) highly valued
