- Lead end-to-end digital transformation strategy for Satsaco Group, aligning IT initiatives with business objectives.
- Oversee the implementation, customization, and maintenance of core enterprise systems, including ERP, WMS, and TMS.
- Manage and mentor a diverse IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors and service providers to optimize IT spend.
- Ensure IT infrastructure security, compliance, and high availability to support seamless business operations.
- Drive process automation and data analytics initiatives to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define long-term technology roadmaps and IT budgets.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Head of IT, CIO, or IT Director in the Logistics or Manufacturing sector.
- Strong expertise in implementing and managing ERP (SAP/Oracle), WMS, and TMS solutions.
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale digital transformation projects from concept to deployment.
- In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity frameworks, and cloud technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience in vendor management, IT budgeting, and strategic planning.
