Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive IT strategy aligned with business goals and proptech initiatives
- Lead digital transformation projects and technology modernization programs
- Oversee IT infrastructure, systems, and network operations ensuring 99.9% uptime
- Manage IT department budget, resources, and vendor relationships
- Build, develop, and mentor high-performance IT teams
- Implement robust cybersecurity policies and disaster recovery plans
- Evaluate and integrate emerging property technology solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver technology projects on time and within budget
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 8-10 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in leadership positions
- Proven track record in proptech, real estate technology, or SaaS environment preferred
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- Experience with ERP systems, CRM platforms, and property management software
- Excellent strategic planning and project management skills
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CISM, or TOGAF are advantageous
