Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to quality standards
  • Lead innovative menu development processes to enhance customer appeal and drive business growth
  • Implement and maintain strict cost control measures to optimize operational efficiency
  • Manage inventory systems and procurement processes to minimize waste and ensure supply continuity
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high performance and culinary excellence
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene protocols
  • Collaborate with management to develop kitchen strategies aligned with business objectives

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in kitchen management or senior culinary roles
  • Proven expertise in menu development and cost management within hospitality
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to manage and motivate diverse teams
  • Knowledgeable in inventory control, procurement, and supply chain management
  • Certification in food safety and hygiene management (HACCP preferred)
