Join Utak POS as a strategic Head of Leads Management and spearhead our sales growth engine. You'll orchestrate the entire lead lifecycle—from generation and qualification to demo bookings—while designing intelligent processes that maximize conversion rates. Lead a high-performing team to exceed revenue targets, analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with marketing to ensure seamless customer journeys. - Oversee end-to-end lead generation, qualification, and demo booking processes
- Design and implement scalable lead management workflows
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Analyze lead conversion data to optimize sales funnels
- Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation strategies
- Monitor KPIs and report on lead performance metrics
- Drive continuous improvement in lead-to-customer conversion rates
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years in lead management with 2+ years in leadership role
- Proven experience building and scaling lead generation systems
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional team leadership and talent development abilities
- Experience in fast-paced B2B SaaS or tech environment
