- Lead, mentor, and manage logistics teams to achieve performance targets

- Establish KPIs and monitor logistics performance through regular reporting
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure cost efficiency
- Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations
- Drive digital transformation in logistics operations through technology adoption
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8-10 years of logistics experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in managing multi-regional logistics operations
- Strong analytical skills with experience in logistics optimization and cost reduction
- Expertise in logistics management systems (ERP, WMS, TMS)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certifications in Supply Chain (CSCP, CPIM) or Logistics are advantageous
