Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive maintenance strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional maintenance teams (10+ technicians)
- Oversee preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance programs
- Optimize maintenance budgets and control operational costs
- Implement CMMS systems and digital transformation initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and ISO standards
- Collaborate with engineering and production departments for seamless operations
- Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis and KPI monitoring
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of maintenance experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in managing maintenance teams and budgets
- Strong knowledge of CMMS systems (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo)
- Certification in Maintenance Management (e.g., CMM, CMRP) preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial facility maintenance
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in budget forecasting and resource allocation
