We are currently seeking a highly skilled and strategic Head of Maintenance to lead our technical operations in Banyuwangi. As the Head of Maintenance, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our facility's maintenance programs. You will lead a high-performing technical team, oversee preventative and corrective maintenance schedules, and implement continuous improvement initiatives that minimize downtime. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in industrial machinery maintenance, a strong grasp of budget management, and the ability to foster a culture of safety and technical excellence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive preventative and predictive maintenance schedules for all production machinery and facility infrastructure.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the maintenance team to ensure operational targets and KPIs are consistently met.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify root causes of breakdowns and implement long-term technical solutions.
- Manage the maintenance department budget, including inventory control for spare parts and procurement of external technical services.
- Ensure full compliance with local health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations within all maintenance operations.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance machine efficiency (OEE) and reduce energy consumption.
- Coordinate with production planning teams to minimize scheduling conflicts during maintenance windows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proven expertise in managing technical teams and overseeing large-scale plant operations.
- Strong understanding of industrial automation, PLC systems, and facility management software.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on cost-reduction and process optimization.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to communicate technical requirements clearly across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
- Ability to reside and work in Banyuwangi, Jawa Timur.
