Join Power Integrations as the Head of the Manila Development Center, a pivotal role that establishes the facility as a strategic hub for Product Definition, Product Applications, and Technical Capability Development. In this leadership position, you will be responsible for driving technical excellence and innovation, bridging the gap between global R&D strategies and local execution. You will oversee a diverse team of engineers and technical professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical mastery.
As the leader of this center, you will set the technical vision, define development roadmaps, and ensure that the team delivers high-quality products that meet the stringent demands of the global market. Your expertise will be instrumental in building the center's reputation as a center of technical excellence, capable of solving complex engineering challenges and contributing to Power Integrations' leadership in power management technology.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the strategic vision, operations, and growth of the Manila Development Center.
- Oversee Product Definition and Application Engineering to drive product innovation and roadmap alignment.
- Manage, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering teams to ensure technical excellence and career growth.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with global stakeholders, R&D leaders, and cross-functional teams.
- Define and implement technical standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes within the center.
- Drive technical capability development programs, including training and upskilling initiatives.
- Collaborate with global product management to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Extensive experience in semiconductor, power management, or embedded systems (minimum 10+ years).
- Proven track record of leadership, specifically managing large engineering teams and development centers.
- Strong technical background in analog/mixed-signal design, power electronics, or system architecture.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience in setting up or leading technical centers in the APAC region is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global, and collaborative environment.
