- Oversee all manufacturing operations including production planning, scheduling, and execution
- Lead and develop high-performing manufacturing teams through mentorship and performance management
- Implement and maintain quality control systems ensuring compliance with food safety standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Optimize production workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize waste
- Collaborate with R&D and Supply Chain departments for product innovation and material sourcing
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies
- Monitor KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for senior leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 10+ years of manufacturing experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in food manufacturing with HACCP and ISO certification knowledge
- Strong expertise in Lean manufacturing, process optimization, and cost reduction
- Excellent team leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional departments
- Advanced problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making experience
- Proficiency in ERP/MES systems and manufacturing analytics tools
- Strategic planning capabilities with experience in scaling production operations
