We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Head of Manufacturing to lead our large-scale poultry processing operations based in Malaysia. This is a high-impact leadership role for a candidate with extensive experience in food manufacturing, specifically within the poultry sector. You will oversee end-to-end plant operations, from primary processing through to the cold chain, driving operational excellence, yield optimization, and cost-efficiency.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety while ensuring strict adherence to Halal compliance and international food safety certifications. You will manage cross-functional teams, implement lean manufacturing methodologies, and lead site-wide continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and profitability. This role is ideal for an ambitious leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the technical expertise to scale operations effectively.

- Provide strategic leadership and oversight for end-to-end poultry processing plant operations.
- Optimize production yields and operational costs while maintaining rigorous quality standards.
- Ensure full compliance with Halal certification requirements and global food safety standards (HACCP, ISO).
- Manage and develop high-performing production and engineering teams.
- Oversee the integration and efficiency of the cold chain and logistics supply chain.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and data-driven continuous improvement programs.
- Manage site CAPEX, OPEX, and annual production budgets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in food manufacturing, with a strong focus on poultry processing.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale industrial plant operations.
- In-depth knowledge of Halal compliance regulations and food safety management systems.
- Strong background in yield management, cold chain logistics, and supply chain optimization.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage multi-disciplinary teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to production challenges.
