Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all aspects of poultry processing plant operations, ensuring optimal efficiency and productivity
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve yield, reduce costs, and enhance product quality
- Ensure strict compliance with JAKIM Halal standards and all relevant food safety regulations
- Lead and mentor a team of production supervisors and operators, fostering a culture of excellence
- Monitor and maintain cold chain logistics to ensure product quality and safety
- Implement and maintain robust quality control systems throughout the production process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage production budgets, resource allocation, and capital expenditure planning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
- Proven experience in poultry processing or food manufacturing industry
- Deep understanding of JAKIM Halal certification requirements and food safety standards
- Strong knowledge of cold chain logistics and temperature-controlled environments
- Demonstrated ability to optimize production processes and reduce operational costs
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
