We are seeking a visionary leader to join our team as the Head of Manufacturing for our Poultry Processing division. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end plant operations, optimizing production yields, and driving cost efficiency from primary processing through to the cold chain. You will ensure strict adherence to Halal compliance and international quality standards while fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
As the Head of Manufacturing, you will oversee complex supply chain logistics, manage cross-functional teams, and implement operational strategies that align with our business objectives. We are looking for a results-oriented professional who can navigate the challenges of the food manufacturing industry and lead a world-class facility to success.
Tanggung Jawab
- Operational Leadership: Oversee all daily operations of the poultry processing plant, ensuring production targets are met safely and efficiently.
- Cost & Yield Optimization: Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement, maximize yield, and reduce operational costs.
- Compliance Management: Ensure full compliance with Halal certification requirements and strict food safety regulations (HACCP, ISO).
- Cold Chain Logistics: Manage the cold chain infrastructure to maintain product integrity from processing to final distribution.
- Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse manufacturing team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute long-term operational strategies to drive business growth and operational excellence.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to modernize plant processes and eliminate waste.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Engineering, Agriculture, or Business Administration.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in manufacturing management, with specific experience in the poultry or food processing industry.
- Expertise: Deep knowledge of Halal compliance, food safety standards, and cold chain logistics.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading large-scale teams and managing complex operations.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
