Tanggung Jawab
- Define and execute the long-term mechanical engineering strategy aligned with the company's business goals and market needs.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of mechanical engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and professional growth.
- Oversee the full product development lifecycle, from concept design and prototyping to mass production and quality assurance.
- Drive research and development initiatives to implement new manufacturing processes and technologies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and sales, to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
- Ensure all engineering deliverables comply with safety regulations, industry standards, and cost-effectiveness targets.
- Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies to enhance overall productivity and product quality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing large-scale projects successfully.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and CAE simulation tools.
- Deep understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, materials science, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make strategic decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders and lead diverse teams effectively.
