Join Fujitsu as the Head of Network & Security Operations Center and lead our cybersecurity defense strategy in the heart of Metro Manila. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage Network Operations Center (NOC) and Security Operations Center (SOC) teams, including hiring, training, and performance optimization
- Develop and implement comprehensive security policies, procedures, and incident response protocols
- Oversee 24/7 network monitoring, threat detection, and security event correlation using SIEM platforms
- Coordinate cross-functional incident response during security breaches and cyber attacks
- Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing
- Drive continuous improvement in security operations through automation and technology adoption
- Collaborate with IT leadership to align security initiatives with business objectives
- Stay current with emerging threats and industry best practices (NIST, ISO 27001)
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 10 years of IT security experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in managing NOC/SOC operations and security incident response
- Strong knowledge of network security, cloud security, and threat intelligence frameworks
- Relevant certifications: CISSP, CISM, or CCSP (mandatory)
- Experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar), firewalls, and IDS/IPS systems
- Exceptional leadership skills with ability to manage high-pressure security situations
- Experience in multinational corporations with complex IT environments
