- Lead and oversee daily branch operations to ensure optimal performance
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Manage inventory control and supply chain logistics
- Analyze operational metrics and implement improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments for seamless operations

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations management
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
