Roche is seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Operations APAC Hub to spearhead our regional distribution network. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing our outsourced Global Distribution Hub, ensuring the seamless flow of pharmaceutical products across the Asia-Pacific region. You will drive operational excellence, optimize supply chain processes, and ensure compliance with strict regulatory standards while managing third-party logistics partners. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the end-to-day operations of the outsourced Global Distribution HUB in the APAC region.
- Develop and implement strategic distribution plans that align with Roche's global business objectives.
- Oversee relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize waste within the logistics network.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations, GxP standards, and safety protocols across all distribution sites.
- Lead a cross-functional team, including warehouse management, transportation, and quality assurance, to achieve operational KPIs.
- Manage the P&L for the APAC Hub, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Strong background in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry, with experience managing outsourced distribution networks.
- Proven track record of managing P&L responsibility and driving operational cost reduction strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced data analytics tools.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is highly desirable for regional coordination.
