We are seeking an accomplished Head of Operations to lead our multi-site nickel mining operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end operations across multiple nickel mining sites, ensuring optimal productivity and resource utilization
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety management systems to achieve zero-harm objectives
- Lead strategic operational planning including budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenditure management
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization and technological integration
- Manage cross-functional teams including mining engineers, geologists, and maintenance personnel
- Ensure strict compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability standards
- Forge strategic partnerships with suppliers, contractors, and regulatory stakeholders
- Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to maintain operational excellence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or related technical field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 10+ years in mining operations with 5+ years in senior leadership roles
- Proven track record in managing large-scale nickel or base metal mining operations
- Expert knowledge of mining safety protocols, environmental compliance, and regulatory frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with experience in operational data analysis and decision-making
- Experience in budget management, cost optimization, and resource allocation
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams in high-pressure industrial environments
- Proficiency in mining software systems and operational technologies
