We are seeking a dynamic Head of Parent Experience to lead and build a newly established parent engagement function at an international school in Singapore. - Develop and execute comprehensive parent engagement strategies aligned with the school's mission and values
- Lead and mentor a dedicated parent experience team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
- Design and implement innovative communication channels including digital platforms, events, and feedback systems
- Analyze parent satisfaction metrics to identify improvement opportunities and drive data-informed decisions
- Cultivate strong relationships with parent leaders and community stakeholders to build advocacy
- Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives to ensure seamless parent-school interactions
- Create and manage parent education programs that support student development and school goals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Communications, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in parent engagement, customer experience, or educational leadership
- Proven track record of building and managing parent engagement functions in educational institutions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build trust across diverse cultures
- Experience developing and implementing parent satisfaction frameworks and metrics
- Strong leadership background with team management and stakeholder collaboration expertise
- Proficiency in CRM systems and digital engagement tools
