As the Head of People & Culture, you will lead our end-to-end people operations, transforming our vision into a high-performing workplace culture. You will champion employee engagement, refine our recruitment processes, and ensure that our organizational structure supports sustainable growth. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Lead the end-to-end talent acquisition cycle to attract, screen, and onboard high-quality candidates.
  • Design and implement employee development programs to foster career growth and skill advancement.
  • Oversee performance management processes to ensure a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive work environment and compliance with local labor laws.
  • Analyze HR metrics and key performance indicators to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Cultivate a strong company culture that promotes diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR management or a senior People & Culture role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies and organizational change initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Strong proficiency in HRIS software and talent management tools.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and professional integrity.
