Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end talent acquisition cycle to attract, screen, and onboard high-quality candidates.
- Design and implement employee development programs to foster career growth and skill advancement.
- Oversee performance management processes to ensure a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive work environment and compliance with local labor laws.
- Analyze HR metrics and key performance indicators to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Cultivate a strong company culture that promotes diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR management or a senior People & Culture role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies and organizational change initiatives.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong proficiency in HRIS software and talent management tools.
- High level of emotional intelligence and professional integrity.
