- Lead and develop the organization's procurement strategy, policies, and procedures
- Manage and optimize group procurement activities to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with OEM partners and key suppliers
- Develop and implement commercial strategies that drive margin growth and new business opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure procurement activities align with business objectives
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and partnership opportunities
- Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or relevant master's degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years of procurement experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful procurement strategies
- Experience in managing OEM partnerships and commercial relationships
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to secure favorable terms and conditions
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of procurement best practices, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
