Tanggung Jawab
- Define and execute the long-term product vision and strategic roadmap for the Nexus ecosystem.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and business operations.
- Oversee the technical operations and maintenance of the Nexus platform to ensure 99.99% uptime and security.
- Drive user-centric design principles, conducting extensive user research and A/B testing.
- Manage product budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships to optimize ROI.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders from PayNet and NETS to align technical goals with organizational objectives.
- Identify market trends and regulatory changes to adapt product strategies proactively.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience in the FinTech or Payments industry, specifically within a Joint Venture or large-scale technical environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and product lifecycle management methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of translating technical jargon into business value.
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree or MBA is a plus) in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, API management, and payment gateway technologies is highly desirable.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for driving operational excellence and scalability.
