Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end production operations including planning, scheduling, and execution
- Lead and develop high-performing production teams through mentorship and performance management
- Optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain ISO standards
- Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and quality control departments
- Monitor production KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8+ years in manufacturing with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in people management and team development
- Strong knowledge of production processes, lean methodologies, and quality systems
- Experience with budget management and resource allocation
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with manufacturing ERP systems and industry regulations
