As the Head of Program Management, you will be responsible for establishing and executing strategic program management frameworks, driving operational excellence, and ensuring alignment between organizational goals and project outcomes. You will collaborate closely with C-suite executives, department heads, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact initiatives that drive business growth and innovation.

- Lead and manage a globally distributed team of 25+ program managers across multiple regions
- Develop and implement strategic program management frameworks and governance structures
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex enterprise-wide initiatives
- Drive alignment between program objectives and organizational strategic goals
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for program success
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve dependencies and mitigate risks
- Present program status, insights, and recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in program/project management with progressive leadership responsibilities
- Proven track record of managing large, distributed teams across multiple geographic locations
- Strong expertise in program management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, PRINCE2)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex, high-value programs on time and within budget
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or MSP are highly desirable
