APSN Education Services is seeking an experienced Head of Programme – APSN Chaoyang to drive academic excellence and inclusive learning for students with diverse learning needs. In this senior leadership role, you will shape the curriculum, foster innovative teaching practices, and ensure a supportive, resource‑rich environment that enables every learner to thrive.
You will collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, parents, and external agencies to embed inclusive pedagogy across all year levels, monitor student progress through data‑driven assessments, and lead continuous professional development initiatives. The position demands a strategic mindset, a passion for special education, and the ability to inspire a multidisciplinary team.
Key responsibilities include designing and implementing a comprehensive curriculum framework aligned with the Singapore Ministry of Education guidelines, overseeing classroom instruction, managing programme budgets, and championing student welfare and safety standards.

- Design, develop, and implement a comprehensive curriculum framework aligned with MOE standards and the school’s inclusive education vision.
- Lead and supervise a team of teachers and allied professionals, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance review.
- Integrate data‑driven assessment tools to monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with parents, external therapists, and community partners to ensure holistic support for students with diverse learning needs.
- Manage programme budgeting, resource allocation, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Drive professional learning communities and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment that adheres to health and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or programme coordination role.
- Proven expertise in curriculum development, inclusive teaching practices, and assessment design.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore MOE guidelines and special education frameworks.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyse data for evidence‑based decision making and programme improvement.
