Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the special education program, ensuring alignment with educational standards and best practices
- Develop, implement, and evaluate curriculum and instructional strategies for students with special needs
- Supervise and mentor teaching staff, providing guidance and professional development opportunities
- Collaborate with parents, therapists, and other stakeholders to create comprehensive support plans for students
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods to meet individual learning needs
- Oversee the assessment and identification process for students with special education needs
- Manage program resources, including budget, materials, and facilities
- Stay current with developments in special education and implement new approaches as appropriate
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Special Education, Educational Leadership, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in special education, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Certification in special education or educational leadership preferred
- Experience developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Passion for advocating for students with special needs
