Tanggung Jawab
- Lead strategic planning and implementation of SPED programmes aligned with educational standards
- Supervise and mentor SPED teachers, providing professional development and performance feedback
- Develop, review, and enhance curriculum materials and teaching methodologies for special needs students
- Collaborate with parents, therapists, and external agencies to create individualized education plans
- Monitor student progress and programme effectiveness through data-driven assessments
- Manage programme resources, budgets, and facilities to ensure optimal learning environments
- Stay current with SPED best practices, regulatory requirements, and technological advancements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Education, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of SPED teaching experience with 2+ years in leadership/management role
- Certification in Special Education or relevant teaching qualification
- Proven experience in curriculum development and programme administration
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's SPED framework and MOE guidelines
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders including parents and professionals
