Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end property development projects including planning, design, construction, and delivery
- Develop and execute comprehensive property development strategies aligned with market trends
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources while maintaining quality standards
- Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and investment analysis for new ventures
- Oversee regulatory compliance and permit acquisition processes
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, contractors, and government bodies
- Mentor and lead cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in property development with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of managing large-scale real estate projects in Indonesia
- Strong understanding of Indonesian property regulations, zoning laws, and construction standards
- Expertise in budget management, contract negotiation, and risk assessment
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in project management software and market analysis tools
