Join Maxis as a strategic leader driving enterprise growth in Sarawak! We're seeking a dynamic Head of Region to spearhead our mid-market and enterprise sales initiatives. In this pivotal role, you'll lead regional sales strategies, cultivate executive-level client relationships, and drive revenue growth across key industry verticals. You'll manage a high-performing sales team, develop market-specific go-to-market plans, and identify new business opportunities to expand Maxis' footprint in Sarawak. This position requires a results-oriented leader with deep B2B sales expertise and a proven ability to negotiate complex enterprise deals. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales objectives with Maxis' digital transformation goals while maintaining a customer-centric approach to long-term partnership development.

- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing enterprise sales team in Sarawak
- Manage and expand portfolio of mid-market and enterprise client accounts
- Build executive-level relationships with key decision-makers across industries
- Identify and penetrate new business opportunities through market analysis
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to align sales initiatives
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to maintain competitive advantage
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of sales experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding enterprise sales targets
- Strong network of mid-market and enterprise clients in Sarawak
- Expertise in B2B sales cycles, contract negotiation, and account management
- Strategic planning skills with experience developing regional GTM strategies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
