Saba Indomedika is a leading healthcare and medical equipment provider in Indonesia, and we are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Representative Office to lead our operations in Jayapura, Papua. As the primary point of contact for our regional operations, you will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders in the region.
In this high-impact leadership role, you will oversee day-to-day office activities, manage local teams, and ensure that our medical solutions reach our clients efficiently. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with a background in operational management, accounting oversight, and strategic business development within the medical or corporate sector.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee all daily operations of the Jayapura Representative Office to ensure high performance and service standards.
- Develop and execute regional business strategies to increase market penetration and brand presence in the Papua region.
- Manage the office budget, financial reporting, and accounting activities in coordination with the Head Office.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with hospitals, clinics, government agencies, and key local stakeholders.
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate local staff to ensure productivity and adherence to company policies.
- Monitor logistics and supply chain efficiency to ensure timely distribution of medical equipment and consumables.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide data-driven insights to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in operational management or regional leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and administrative processes.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to represent the company to senior stakeholders.
- Willingness to be based in Jayapura and travel within the Papua region as required.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential.
