Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute the long-term R&D strategy to drive product innovation and market leadership.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from initial ideation and feasibility studies to final launch and post-market assessment.
- Lead and mentor the research team, fostering a culture of creativity, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with procurement and manufacturing teams to ensure cost-effective formulation and high-quality production standards.
- Analyze consumer feedback and market data to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new category expansion.
- Ensure full compliance with government regulations, safety standards, and industry quality certifications.
- Manage the R&D budget, resources, and technical equipment to ensure optimal project delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree (Master’s) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in R&D or Product Development, preferably within the Consumer Goods industry.
- Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams and multi-disciplinary projects.
- Strong understanding of product formulation, quality control processes, and supply chain logistics.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to product development.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple product development cycles simultaneously.
- Proficiency in R&D management software and industry-standard documentation practices.
