As Head of Risk, you will lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive risk management framework that identifies, assesses, and mitigates potential threats to our operations. You will collaborate with executive leadership to establish risk appetite statements, monitor key risk indicators, and report on the organization's risk profile. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management framework aligned with DaVita's global strategy and local regulatory requirements
- Lead the identification, assessment, and mitigation of financial, operational, and strategic risks across the organization
- Establish and monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) to ensure early detection of potential issues
- Provide regular risk reporting to executive leadership and the board of directors
- Collaborate with department heads to embed risk management practices into business processes
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Lead and develop the risk management team, fostering a culture of risk awareness and proactive mitigation
- Represent DaVita Malaysia in industry forums and contribute to the evolution of risk management best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., FRM, PRM) is preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in risk management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective risk management frameworks
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry risks and regulatory environment
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex risk data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate risk concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience with risk management tools and methodologies
- Strategic thinking abilities with a focus on balancing risk and opportunity
