Solve Education is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Sales to spearhead our external growth initiatives. As the primary driver of our commercial strategy, you will be instrumental in identifying high-value opportunities, building compelling value propositions, and closing strategic deals that sustain our organization's mission.

In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for scaling our sales operations and expanding our footprint. You will lead a high-performing sales team, collaborating closely with cross-functional departments to ensure our products and services align with market needs. We are looking for a visionary leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about using education technology to create a positive social impact.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and collective targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including NGOs, government bodies, and corporate partners.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and new business opportunities within the EdTech sector.
  • Represent Solve Education at industry conferences, networking events, and high-level negotiations.
  • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to refine our offering based on customer feedback.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial position.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of the education sector, EdTech landscape, or social enterprise models is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities and business acumen.
  • Ability to travel domestically as required to meet clients and attend business events.
