We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Sales (Senior Manager level) to lead our cancer diagnostics division. - Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the oncology diagnostics market.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, conducting regular coaching, performance reviews, and development sessions.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic partners across the region.
- Collaborate closely with the Product and R&D teams to ensure technical knowledge is effectively communicated to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and decision-makers in the healthcare industry.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Manage the sales pipeline and forecasting to ensure accurate reporting to senior leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong background in the diagnostics, life sciences, or medical device industry, with a specific focus on oncology.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a complex B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to build strategic partnerships and manage key accounts effectively.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to align sales goals with broader company objectives.
