We are now seeking a visionary Head of Sales - Industrial Solutions to lead our commercial operations in Malaysia. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting to closing high-value contracts, ensuring alignment with our corporate growth objectives. You will build and mentor a world-class sales team, develop strategic partnerships, and navigate the complex industrial landscape to deliver sustainable revenue growth. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the industrial solutions sector.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and industry decision-makers.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand the company's footprint in the Malaysian industrial market.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product development, to tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and efficient resource allocation.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in industrial sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale sales operations and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of industrial piping systems, manufacturing processes, or related technical industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead diverse, high-performing sales teams.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable sales plans.
