Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the industrial solutions sector.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and industry decision-makers.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the company's footprint in the Malaysian industrial market.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product development, to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and efficient resource allocation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in industrial sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale sales operations and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of industrial piping systems, manufacturing processes, or related technical industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead diverse, high-performing sales teams.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable sales plans.
