As the Head of Sales, you will be the commercial architect of our Light Truck strategy. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the Light Truck division to achieve aggressive revenue and market share targets.
  • Identify and cultivate high-value enterprise accounts, government agencies, and logistics providers within Singapore.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, resilience, and customer-centricity.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from lead generation and technical consultation to contract negotiation and fleet deployment.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to refine business development initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with after-sales, technical support, and regional marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Represent BYD Automotive at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and high-level stakeholder meetings.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of senior-level sales experience, with at least 5 years specifically within the commercial vehicle or logistics sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Singapore commercial vehicle market and automotive industry dynamics.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale B2B sales cycles and complex tender processes.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing commercial teams.
  • Strong technical aptitude, particularly with EV technology, battery electric vehicles (BEVs), or heavy-duty transport solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
