- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a diverse sales team to ensure high performance and career development.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales lifecycle, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing.
- Optimize pricing strategies and promotional activities to ensure profitability and competitiveness.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product departments to align sales efforts with business objectives.
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for executive review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong background in the F&B or Retail sector is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to drive commercial effectiveness and achieve aggressive revenue targets.
- Excellent strategic planning, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
