- Oversee end-to-end campaign management across digital, traditional, and experiential channels
- Establish KPIs and analytics frameworks to measure ROI and campaign effectiveness

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 8-10 years in property sales/marketing with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth in competitive property markets
- Expertise in digital marketing automation, CRM systems, and sales funnel optimization
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and P&L oversight
- Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-departmental collaboration skills
