We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our national sales initiatives within the Modern Market sector for Dima Indonesia. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for formulating and executing robust sales strategies that align with our corporate objectives. You will oversee a dedicated team of professionals, ensuring the effective planning and implementation of sales targets to maximize market penetration and drive revenue growth.
As the leader of our sales division, you will act as the strategic bridge between the sales force and upper management, providing clear direction, mentorship, and performance feedback. Your deep expertise in FMCG dynamics will be essential in identifying new business opportunities, optimizing distribution channels, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. We are looking for a candidate who is not just a manager, but a strategic leader capable of steering the department towards sustainable success in a competitive landscape.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive national sales strategies and plans specifically for Modern Market channels.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and collective Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and gain market share.
- Manage the P&L (Profit and Loss) for the national sales division to ensure profitability and cost efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with major distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
- Coordinate closely with the marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and promotional effectiveness.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and implement corrective actions to drive continuous growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing Key Account Management (KAM) and Modern Trade (MT) channels.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex sales data.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is highly preferred.
